Los residuos se analizan, seleccionan y clasifican en función de su composición para conseguir un producto estándar. Las fibras se mezclan con agua y enzimas, para generar enlaces más fuertes, y finalmente se trabajan mediante presión y calor para hacer un panel. Se utiliza en la realización de revestimientos interiores.
